Chloe Anderson, a restaurateur, wrote a successful romance novel featuring her dream man. The book is set to be made into a movie, but Chloe is dismayed when the producer casts Liam Hamilton, a notorious playboy, as the lead. Chloe fears Liam won't be able to portray the beloved character authentically, but she knows she must win him over to save the integrity of the movie. Liam, on the other hand, is facing career troubles due to his reputation. He proposes a deal with Chloe: if she pretends to be his girlfriend during filming, he'll take her direction on the role. This arrangement could benefit both of them, but it could also lead to unforeseen complications.
