Hospice 101 is a program presented by Terri Fuller with Georgia Hospice Care. She will educate the public on basic information regarding hospice care. To include:
  • Learn about the free service
  • Dispel myths about Hospice
  • Help Patients stay at home
  • Q&A session
Basic Computer Class
Thursday, April 11⋅5:30 – 6:30pm

This is an instructor led program that includes video, handouts and assistance to learn about computers. The class is for adults and should last 1 1/2 hours. There is a survey at the end that can help us know how well the program works for you. You will be provided with incentives.

D.E.A.R. Day on Friday, April 12

Drop Everything and Read celebrates children's author, Beverly Cleary. She has created beloved characters that the children can relate to. Encouraging reading is something we love to do every day! Today, you can test your knowledge of the characters in Beverly Cleary's books as well as share which book/character is your favorite. We have coloring pages, quizzes and more! This is a drop in activity from 9:30am - 4:30pm
Music & Movement Story Time
Wednesday, April 17⋅11:00 – 11:30am

Enjoy a fun story time with rhythmic stories and musical instruments. Everyone can participate. This story time is for pre-school children and their parents.

The books we will read today will be:
  • The Rhythm in the Rain
  • Musical Chairs and Dancing Bears
  • Goose and Duck
